What the heart knows when we finally get quiet enough to listen…

Hello, Dear Ones,

I'm back from the HeartMath Love Unleashed Retreat, and I come back more open. More like a channel than a container.

The retreat was, in the most honest sense, an undoing. A gentle unraveling of noise I hadn't realized I was carrying, and then a slow reweaving. More intentional. More present. More connected. More mine.

Here is some of what flowed through me, and what I’m still letting move.

“Your heart knows its own song. You just have to trust it, and do the practice."  — Dr. Malathy Muthu

You don't have to manufacture love or force presence. You create the conditions: breath, attention, a willingness to receive, and the heart does the rest. It always knows how to flow.

I’m learning to trust that my heart, your heart, our hearts know their own song, and trust the heart’s intelligence to move and guide us in ways that will create more spacious and loving ways of relating to ourselves and to one another.

What surprised me most

I went expecting to learn, to expand, to gather new insights and practices. What I didn't expect was the quiet transformation that becomes possible when the inner static begins to clear.

When I softened out of the noise and into the space of my heart, I accessed a clarity I don’t often live from. Beneath the layers of habit, urgency, should, and old stories, something quieter and more authentically true began to emerge.

My intuitive intelligence, so often crowded out by analysis, finally had room to surface, quieter than I expected, and somehow more certain. What revealed itself most deeply was this: heart coherence isn’t simply a calmer nervous system. It’s a different way of perceiving. I want to stay with that for a moment.

And perhaps that’s what coherence has opened up for me most of all: not answers, access. Not certainty, connection. A channel rather than a container.

I’m realizing more and more that what moves through us matters, because it shapes our entire inner experience and flows outward into ways we show up with others. And that matters.

Reflections for you to sit with

✦ What if clarity arrives through creating enough inner quiet for what is already true to surface?

✦ What shifts when you stop trying to figure everything out and simply allow yourself to listen to your heart, without needing immediate answers?

✦ What if heart coherence doesn’t change what is happening around you first, and instead changes the lens through which you experience it?

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Living, Loving, Integrating.

With warmth and a softer, more tuned in heart,

Jennifer
